We are proud to be an Authorized Service Center for PFAFF, Husqvarna/VIKING, Singer, INNOVA, and Necchi machines. Our standard turn-around time for most service and repair requests is two weeks or less. Machines that require unique replacement parts may have a longer wait time. Please feel free to drop off your machine during normal business hours, no appointment required. INNOVA service requests should call the store to schedule your in-home visit.
