Amanda brings 20+ years of human resources and organizational leadership experience to a new kind of professional development — one that uses the science of creativity to build stronger, more resilient teams.
Amanda Bauer-Frisch is an entrepreneur, speaker, and business leader with more than two decades of experience in human resources and organizational development. She is the owner of Quilting Legacies and the founder of The Creative Studio — and a 2023 TEDx speaker whose work sits at the intersection of creativity, neuroscience, and leadership.
Amanda has spoken to audiences ranging from intimate gatherings of ten to rooms of a thousand, exploring topics from the mental health benefits of creativity to resilient leadership and workplace wellness. She leads a team of 25 professionals and is passionate about building learning environments where people feel genuinely energized to grow.
Her husband, Dr. Daniel Frisch, PhD, holds advanced degrees in neuroscience — and their shared interest in how the brain learns and connects is woven throughout Amanda’s workshop design. What participants experience isn’t just engaging; it’s grounded in how people actually retain information and build stronger relationships with their colleagues.
Amanda is based in Wisconsin and available to travel anywhere in the United States.
Every workshop can be customized to meet your team’s specific goals and can be delivered as a standalone talk, a half-day retreat, or anything in between. No artistic experience required — ever.
