Standard turn around time is two weeks. Drop off your quilt top and backing during normal business hours, no appointment required.
We have two INNOVA quilting machines available for rent! Renters are required to complete our Certification Course prior to their first rental session. Machine rental is available in 4 hour blocks Monday – Friday 8a – 4p. Rental cost includes thread. Backing purchased from Quilting Legacies will receive 15% off.
We are proud to be an Authorized Service Center for PFAFF, Husqvarna/VIKING, Singer, INNOVA, and Necchi machines. Our standard turn-around time for most service and repair requests is two weeks or less. Machines that require unique replacement parts may have a longer wait time. Please feel free to drop off your machine during normal business hours, no appointment required. INNOVA service requests should call the store to schedule your in-home visit.
