ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS​
Amanda Bauer-Frisch​
President & CEO, The Creative Studio at Quilting Legacies​
Amanda Bauer-Frisch is an entrepreneur, speaker, and business leader with more than 20 years of experience in human resources and organizational leadership. She is the owner of Quilting Legacies and a 2023 TEDx speaker.
Amanda now leads a team of 25 professionals and is passionate about creating learning environments where people feel energized, engaged, and inspired to grow. Her workshops combine practical leadership insights with creativity to help teams strengthen communication, reduce stress, and build resilient workplace cultures.
Amanda lives in Wisconsin with her husband and three boys. Her husband, Dr. Daniel Frisch, PhD, holds advanced degrees in neuroscience, and their shared interest in the science of learning and human behavior influences the approach used in these workshops.
Elaine Elizabeth Schwartz​
Founder, Heart Activation​
Elaine Elizabeth Schwartz is the owner of Heart Activation, a self published author, emotional healing guide, and facilitator with over eight years of experience in meditation, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence training. She holds certifications in meditation, yoga, and Reiki, and delivers structured, experiential workshops that integrate mindful awareness, creative engagement, and practical emotional intelligence tools.
Elaine works with teams to strengthen communication, improve stress management, and support overall workplace wellbeing. Her approach focuses on building self awareness, enhancing collaboration, and fostering a more grounded and connected work environment. Drawing from both professional experience and real life application, she provides actionable strategies that individuals can integrate into their daily routines to support clarity, resilience, and effective leadership.
